The booking processes:
To secure your date a non-refundable booking deposit needs to be paid which is £100 and this amount will be deducted from the final cost.
By paying the booking fee you agree to Timea Breban Hair Artist’s terms and conditions.
Please note due to the high demand of the enquiries the date is not secured until the deposit is paid. Bookings are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you secured your date for and the number of people for hair has changed during the booking (e.g. you only have 2 people for hairstyling instead of 3 as originally booked) you will still need to pay for the numbers that you originally secured your booking for. You can always add extra people to the booking.
The final invoice is sent out 4 weeks before the wedding and it needs to be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding.
Second stylist:
There is the possibility to source a second hairstylist for larger bookings or due to an early ceremony. This is an additional £100 on the top of the costs to cover their travel expenses and any admin fees.
Bridal hair trial:
The hair trial takes place at my place in Watford WD18, preferably Monday-Friday. Every package includes 1 hair trial for the bride. The hair trial is a very important part of the booking where we get to know each other and we talk about all the important details of your wedding day to ensure it all runs smoothly and you can relax on your wedding morning.
Your hair trial lasts up to 3hrs, where we can trial up to 2 hairstyles if both of the styles require the same hair preparation. If your chosen style is Hollywood waves, we can only create this hairstyle as this requires more time to create.
It is always helpful to bring with you some inspiration photos so we have an idea about the look that we would like to achieve, but please don’t worry if you are unsure about your hairstyle; that is why I am here to guide you and advise you what style would suit you the most and together we create the most beautiful hairstyle for you. I also have some beautiful hair accessories that you can trial and a veil if you haven’t got your veil yet.
Hair trial for the other members of the wedding party is optional and will last approximately 1-1.5 hrs.
Travel:
On your wedding day, bookings include return travel for up to 20 miles. Additional travel is charged at 60p/mile return journey from WD18
For any venues in central London there is an additional fee to cover the congestion charge and parking fees.
For weddings which are more than 1,5 hrs drive away from my home and require a very early start an overnight accommodation near the venue will be required.
Cancellations:
Cancelling your booking 6 months before the wedding day
-your booking deposit is non-refundable
cancellation is free of charge
Cancelling your booking less than 6 months before the wedding day
-booking deposit is non refundable
-50% of the package needs to be paid
Cancelling your booking less than three months before the wedding day
-booking deposit is non refundable
-100% of the package needs to be paid
Cancellation by me:
In case for any unforeseen circumstances (in case of an illness) I have to cancel the booking all the money paid out will be refunded to you and I will help sourcing another hairstylist.
Special Occasion hairstyling:
Apart from bridal hairstyling which is my main part of my job, I also take special occasion hairstyling bookings.
The price varies between £100-£150
Hollywood waves are £150 due to the amount of work and time that involves to be created.
I usually allocate between 2-2.5hrs for Hollywood waves
Please note I don’t supply hair extension but I am always happy to recommend my favourite brands that I like to work with and trust them.
For any other style I allocate between 1-1.5 hrs
Travel is charged on the top of the hairstyling cost
Depending on the requested day and the location there is a minimum booking requirement. Please enquire for further details and availability.
